Tasting Notes

The Royal grade offers a refined balance of butter, brine, and a long, clean finish. Pearls are firm with a delicate pop, releasing flavors that build slowly across the palate.

Origin & Production

Sourced from sustainably farmed American sturgeon, hand-selected and slow-cured in small batches at our California facility. Each tin is finished and labeled by hand, then refrigerated immediately to preserve texture.

Serving Suggestions

• Serve chilled, directly from the tin set on crushed ice
• Pair with a mother-of-pearl spoon — never metal
• Accompany with blinis, crème fraîche, or simply a warm boiled potato
• Best with chilled Champagne, dry Riesling, or premium vodka

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 28–32°F (-2 to 0°C). Once opened, consume within 3 days. Unopened tins keep for the printed best-by date.
