Shipping Policy
All domestic U.S. orders ship free, with no minimum. International shipping is not offered.
1. Where We Ship
Onyx & Pearl ships exclusively to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO bases, and U.S. territories. We are unable to deliver to international destinations, P.O. boxes for perishables, or addresses outside the United States at this time.
2. How We Pack
Every order ships in an insulated cooler with food-grade gel packs sized to the duration of transit. Tins are individually nested in protective foam and sealed inside a tamper-evident box. We use recyclable insulation wherever supply allows.
3. Carriers and Service
We ship via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight, depending on destination ZIP code. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Thursday, generally ship the same day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders ship the following Monday so the cold chain is not interrupted by warehouse downtime.
4. Transit Times
- Continental U.S. — 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses — 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Severe-weather embargoes — handled case-by-case; we may delay dispatch by 24–48 hours to avoid spoilage.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to accept the package at the shipping address; perishables cannot be safely held by a carrier. Refrigerate the tins immediately upon receipt and consume within the printed best-by date.
6. Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed to the address on file as soon as the carrier scans the package. You can monitor progress directly on the carrier’s website or by replying to the shipping notification email.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact hello@onyx-and-pearl.com within 48 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date and we will replace the order or refund it in full. See our Refund Policy for additional detail.
