Origin & Production

Sourced from sustainably farmed American sturgeon, hand-selected and slow-cured in small batches at our California facility. Each tin is finished and labeled by hand.

Serving Suggestions

• Serve chilled, directly from the tin set on crushed ice
• Use a mother-of-pearl spoon — never metal
• Pair with chilled Champagne, dry Riesling, or premium vodka
